Designed and shipped all 3 major product iterations of the Darby’s ‘Smart Intake’ workflow automation tool, which serves intake teams in the durable medical equipment (DME) industry. Supported this early-stage health tech startup to acquire, retain, and grow first 8 customers and process 22,000+ referral documents. Currently designing an enterprise-grade ‘Tick Risk’ mobile app and design system to serve companies with employees working in high risk outdoor settings. Vectech is a public benefit corporation that builds AI entomology solutions to end vector-borne diseases, agriculture loss, and economic loss from pests. Also developed suite of marketing collateral for entomology team.

Digitized the online shopping experience for business insurance

Solo product designer for Series A insurance startup focused on digitizing the small business insurance experience. (Acquired by Paychex)

  • Redesigned core product which increased user conversion by 56%.
  • Redesigned and A/B tested homepage, which increased conversion by 18% overall and 25% on mobile.
  • Created digital ads that decreased Google cost-per-lead by 66% for the marketing team.

Redesigned an internal tool called iForms for Apple that served employees managing Apple’s real estate and facilities.
